In the middle of Vienna city center – in the romantic Haarhof – is the entrance to the legendary Esterházykeller. Two floors down, in the sheltered belly of the earth, is one of Vienna's most beautiful folk cellars. The wonderful architecture, with the handmade bricks and the patina from the 16th century, makes the viewer's heart beat faster.

Here you can literally feel the spirit of the people with all its conviviality and love of wine, maintain contact with the regulars and enjoy the many gastronomic specialties.

The heart of the Esterházykeller is the water-cooled bottle cabinet. Real "bottle wine culture" is still practiced here. The bar is already a real rarity and hardly ever seen in this size.

The Esterházystüberl right next to the Esterházykeller offers many beer and wine specialties, rustic delicacies and daily (weekdays) lunch menus. In summer, the romantic and quiet Schanigarten in the Haarhof is looked after from the Stüberl.
